To celebrate the end of the DAPSI Accelerator, the Apidays community will host the DAPSI Final event on the afternoon of Wednesday, 14 December as part of its 3-day event in Pairs. This is an opportunity to interact face-to-face with the DAPSI teams that have been involved in one of the three DAPSI supporting programmes, and gives the public an insight into the innovative data portability solutions developed.
Additionally, representatives of the European Commission are scheduled to present the Next Generation Internet Initiative, the financial supporter of the Data Portability & Services Incubator (DAPSI) Accelerator.
For the past 3 years, Zabala along with its partners, F6S, Cap Digital, IMT Starter, Fraunhofer IAIS and Engineering, have supported 46 top-notch projects in the data portability field. These projects have been selected through a process of three open calls.
To develop these technology solutions and services, DAPSI offered a grant of up to €150,000 and a 9-month supporting programme that includes high-level coaching sessions. The purpose of this program was to develop interoperable solutions that enable data portability and make it significantly easier for citizens to have any data which is stored with one service provider transmitted directly to another provider.
Free invitations to attend the DAPSI session are available by contacting Julia Morawski at Cap Digital.
