Today STORI, a Georgian martech startup using AI to automate the branding and content creation process, announced that it has raised $500,000 in a Pre-Seed funding round led by technology accelerator fund 500 Global, with participation from a group of angel investors.
This will enable STORI to continue developing its ecosystem of brand and content generation tools, which enable agencies and marketing teams to effortlessly establish comprehensive brand identities and create distinctive social media posts.
Reaching social media’s vast audiences requires not only quality content, but an understanding of when to post, which platforms to use, and the hashtags to include. Unsurprisingly, 24 percent of marketers say they struggle to create lead-generating content.
However, STORI’s algorithms solve this problem by analysing each post and optimising content generation for each user. The funding will allow STORI to increase its own marketing efforts, helping to connect teams with the benefits of its pioneering tools.
Likewise, with 35 percent of marketers stating that a lack of effective communication between teams presents the greatest challenge in the field, STORI also plans to increase its research and development spending. This will create new collaborative features that enable entire teams and agencies to work together within a shared ecosystem.
The funding round follows a period of rapid growth for the startup, which has sustained 20 percent month-over-month user growth since its launch in 2023.
Having attracted users in over 110 countries, with the majority in key markets such as the United States and Europe, the STORI platform has helped to create over 3,000 brands and 65,000 social media posts since its launch, highlighting the sheer demand for automation tools within the marketing industry.
Sandro Okropiridze, CEO of STORI shared:
“Marketers must juggle multiple jobs — strategising, copywriting, designing, analysing, and outreach.
All the while, those at larger organisations find themselves siloed, resulting in poor collaboration and inconsistent results that often undo all their hard work.
While many sectors are concerned about the impacts of automation, marketing is one profession where the help it offers is welcomed with open arms.
At STORI, we’ve created a platform where agencies and marketing teams can deploy AI to lighten the workload without compromising the quality or consistency of their branding and content. But there’s still so much more potential and this funding will ensure we can continue to develop new, game-changing tools for our growing community.”
