Last week, we tracked more than 80 tech funding deals worth over €634 million, and over 15 exits, M&A transactions, rumours, and related news stories across Europe.
In the first week of June, we analysed European tech ecosystem performance in the previous month. Our May 2024 report revealed that the Euro tech funding tripled in May despite similar deal numbers compared to the previous month.
That means that European tech companies, in terms of numbers, collected €10.6 billion over the course of May 2024 in some 311 deals. Fintech took again the top slot in terms of investment volume in European tech startups, garnering 31 per cent of the monthly total.
